ME

My name is Kaijing Wang

I was born in Chengdu, the food capital of China

There’s so much good food in that place

Since I was a child, I like to look for delicious food in the streets

This is one of the great pleasures of my life

There is a Chinese saying, “唯有爱与美食不可辜负”

It means that there are only two things in this world that we should cherish, love and food

As I got older, I fell in love with making my own food for the people I loved

Food is always accompanied by laughter

Share with friends, share with family, share with loved ones

Now I want to share my favorite Chinese recipes with you

When I grew up, I came to the UK

I found that the people here love Chinese food as much as I do

You can always see busy Chinese restaurants and takeaway shops

Unfortunately, when I Googled it I found that there aren’t any Chinese chefs to share Chinese recipes right now

I hope I can share traditional Chinese recipes with people

Even outside of China they can make wonderful food

That’s why I created this site

I also hope that making delicious food can bring you joy and food can also bring you closer to the people you love
