These Chinese Meatballs are a delicious meaty dish that’s warm, tasty and filling. This traditional Chinese Meatball recipe is not hard to prepare and will be a favourite dish on your dinner table.
The meatballs are meaty and moist with pork mince combined with water chestnut inside and a rich, thick soy flavoured sauce to coat, mmm…. sounds mouth-watering yeah.

Ingredients
Pork, 500 g
The horseshoe 50 g
One egg
The onion 20 g
Ginger 10 g
Light soy sauce 30 ml
Old 10 ml
Cooking wine 10 ml
Sugar 10 g
10 g dry starch
Sesame oil 5 ml
Pepper 5 g
Some salt

Method
Peel the water chestnut and cut it into small pieces.
